Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields unless it is necessary for us to respond to your request.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as:

• referring and exit pages;
• pages viewed and features used;
• approximate location derived from an IP address;

Location and route information

If you enter a pickup address, destination, or stop, we may process that information to evaluate whether the requested trip is within our service area, estimate route feasibility, respond to your quote request, and plan the requested transportation service.

The Website may use Google Maps Platform, Google Places, or related Google services to provide address suggestions, map functionality, and route information. Your use of those features may also be subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Quote details stored on your device

Trip details you enter while filling out a quote—such as event type, date, times, locations, passenger count, and notes—may stay in session storage on your device so you can move between form steps. Contact details are not saved in analytics events or in localStorage. That session copy is not a public profile and is not a reservation.

Security checks

The Website may use Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish people from automated traffic when you submit a form. reCAPTCHA may collect device and interaction data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Payment information

This Website does not currently collect payment-card information, and submitting a quote request does not require payment. If online deposits or payments become available later, payment information would be processed by a payment provider. We would not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on our own servers.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

• respond to quote requests and customer inquiries;
• evaluate route, passenger, date, time, and vehicle requirements;
• determine whether a requested trip is within our service area;
• contact you regarding the request you submitted;

Submitting a quote request does not automatically subscribe you to recurring promotional emails or text messages.

If you provide a phone number or email address in connection with a quote request, we may contact you about that request, availability, route, pricing, or related service matters.

If you separately opt in to recurring promotional text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchasing services. You may reply STOP to a promotional text to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send non-promotional communications relating to an active request, booking, payment, or service.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to requests, administering services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, and insurance requirements.

Where required by applicable law and supported by our Website configuration, we will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising processing for that browser or device.

Because there is not a uniform industry response to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals, the Website may not respond to all such signals.

9. Children’s privacy

The Website and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Website.
